Seriously, it is sooooo much easier to give up smoking when you’re not at work.
I’m fine all by myself at home, being not surrounded by smokers, or things that remind you of smoking. Maybe I should re-read Allen Carr’s book again…

Instead of learning on how to stop, why not unlearn smoking ?

At work you should have a smoke-free work-environment (required by law) … so there shouldn’t be any smoking collegues nearby (accept outside)

Yeah, I really flunked today, got myself a pack and all :-)
Had a lousy day workrelated… Had to revise a legal document I wrote, I’m not good at writing legal stuff to begin with…
