The message I got from it was, that in order to feel good, you have to think positive (so far that makes sense right?) and in order to get what you want, you have to believe you're able to do it and make a (sub)conscious effort to get it, meaning that you have to really want it and believe that you can get it in my eyes. Now you can tell me that that's bull, but so far, it appears to be fairly logical to me. Of course you're more than welcome to burn your ships and try to find whatever it is you're looking for by yourself in some far away country, instead of going for what you want. But don't get upset if someone else walks away with what you wanted, not even if it really doesn't matter half as much to them as it does to you.
